The Daleville boy’s track team completed their season last night during sectional at Mt. Vernon. Being such a young team, the Bronco’s used this year as a building year. There were a large amount of personal records being set at every meet.
Aaron Alford set a new personal record for himself in discus with a throw of 72 feet, 4 inches, and tied his 400m run record. Harris Hobbs also tied his personal record in high jump with a height of 5 feet 6 inches. The boy’s 4x800m relay team set a new record of 10:10, Devin Walsh ran faster than he ever has in 300 hurdles with a time of 48.59, and Khoa Weston did the same in the 3200m run with a time of 11:41.
We are so proud of all of our Bronco athletes!
